The European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (EBCOG) has released the exam results of the EFOG-EBCOG Part 2 OSCE November 2023 exam within a short time span of 15 days. With a remarkable pass rate , StudyEFOG has once again proven its commitment to excellence in medical education.
The EFOG-EBCOG Part 2 OSCE exam is a rigorous assessment that tests aspirants’ clinical skills and ensures that they are equipped to practice as specialists in the field of obstetrics and gynecology in Europe. Here, clinical skills of the aspirants in different areas like patient history, technical proficiency, communication, teamwork, knowledge integration, clinical problem resolution, etc., are thoroughly analyzed by examiners.
Candidates can check their individual results through direct mail from the EFOG-EBCOG Examination Department to their registered email addresses. Aspirants can also check their results on the official website using the registered email id.
The pass mark for the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is set using the modified Rothman’s method. Information is collected from the examiner at each station. Three sample points are used to assess candidates’ performance, i.e., pass, fail, and borderline. The pass mark will be the median score of candidates evaluated as “borderline” by the examiners.
